Avril Lavigne, Grey’s Anatomy star Sandra Oh, Knocked Up star Seth Rogan, Felicity star Scott Speedman, and WWE professional Trish Stratus are the Canadian celebrities being recognized in AG Hair Cosmetics’ 8th annual Best Canadian Celebrity Hair Awards.
