Avril Lavigne Wants to Run a Celebrity Magazine!

Avril wants to run a celebrity magazine?! After her sold-out show at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City this weekend, Avril told the New York Daily News that she’d want to try running a scandal-free celebrity magazine. Says Avril:
“I would make it completely positive. There’s so much negativity right now. I’d pick up the big stories, but they’d have to be positive.”
What do you guys think about that idea? Would you bother to read a magazine that only had nice things to say about people like Paris Hilton?

That’s not true! Someone asked her that if she’d start a gossip magazine what WOULD it stand in it!She said it WOULD be posite!

I think it’s a good idea. But I worry that Avril might be trying to take on too many big projects at the same time, and that can take its toll on someone. If she can balance her tour, her clothing line and then later her film career and then a magazine (plus possibly more song-writing), then she should go for it. She’s obviously super talented and very hard working; I wish her the very best with all of her projects.

I think Avril has a terrific idea about making her magazine a positive one. There’s so much negative stuff out there. Go, Avril!
